We had an excellent experience during my sons hospital stay. The doctors were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring we understood every step of my sons care. The nurses were compassionate, professional, and always went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and support throughout my sons recovery. I wish we could’ve received an estimate cost at the time, but I guess that’s the process. The unknown of costs is the only concern at this point.

We have been to this hospital more times than we can count as my husband has cancer. EVERY PERSON we have been in contact with from the front desk to the many staff people to the nurses and doctors ( the list goes on and on ) have been friendly kind patient and responsive. I don’t know what you do the have such a great atmosphere but keep on doing it. I have plenty of experiences with hospitals around the country and there are non that even come close to yours. His bless you all. Please continue to support your staff and find such good people.

Advent Health Tampa is wonderful in their surgery and unit capabilities. On the other hand don’t go to the ER unless bleeding profusely or being brought in by the EMT’s. They need to develop a better was for all patients to be seen in a more timely matter. Staff is great but getting to the end needs help.

The check-in process at AdventHealth Tampa was surprisingly quick. From the front desk staff to the nurses, CNAs, and doctors, everyone was fantastic. Post-surgery, I was attentively checked on and efficiently discharged. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I wish all medical appointments, hospitals, and surgical centers operated with the same efficiency and care as AdventHealth Tampa!

Went to the ER after a fall and had a doctor who said she would just monitor us for 4 hours and then let us go. After 4 hours I figured it was time to go so I called to figure out the eta.. another doctor came in and scared me into thinking something was wrong with my baby. Tried to get me to do a ct scan on my 7 month old after falling 2ft. I declined. Eventually agreed to xray before she would discharge us although the previous provider said we’d be good to go. Needless to say, my 7 month old had to get X-rays of her skull and they were all negative. I wish I would’ve declined all imaging. I’m not sure what happened why the previous provider left but obviously they weren’t on the same page in terms of following the plan for my baby. Really annoyed with this visit. Putting my poor baby through that including exposing her to unnecessary radiation and its risk. I really hate this place.

Everyone I encountered was so nice and welcoming and made me feel so at ease re: my procedure. They talked me through everything, answered my extra questions, quelled my trepidation. My Dr., my main nurse, the anesthesiologist, even the nurses and cop at reception were all so kind and helpful and personable.
This was a solid experience.

Went into the ER with heart problems. Taken immediately into observation. Doctors and nurses were attentive and professional. Overall my experience was what you'd expect from a competent hospital. My one concern is that the doctors, though excellent, were poor at communicating with the patient except in brief interchanges on those rare occasions when you saw them. Heart issues are serious and the cardiologist needed to explain more fully to the patient what was concerning and what was not concerning. It was a few days before Christmas, and the hospital administration was a little deficient in the discharge process, which involved delays and incomplete information to the patient. The hospitcal should have provided the patient with the cardiologist's contact information and clear follow-up instructions. This said, I am glad that I went to Advent Hospital, where I thought the care and observation by the nursing staff were excellent. I want to give a special shout-out to Luis on the 1st floor CIU unit. He was excellent: professional, helpful, & communicative.
