The girl at the front desk was so pleasant and friendly. I had filled out everything online so she just verified a few things, looked at my ID and Ins and we were done. I sat down and before I could even get my book out,
I was called back for my mammogram. The tech was wonderful. Quick and answered all my questions. Best experience I have had at a medical office in a long time. Thank you!

I wanted to take a moment to praise Chasity for her exceptional service! I went in for my scheduled appointment for an ultrasound and had a horrible experience with Jada the tech there. Let's just say that, Chasity turned the entire experience around for me! She immediately called me over to the desk and started working her magic. By the time she was done, she was able to get me scheduled for exactly what my order was for, and schedule it with a different tech, and assured me that she would also put in for STAT results. You don't see service like this anymore, and we need more people like Chasity. Thankful for her!

I wanted to leave a one star review or negative 1 star for Jada. She was an angry woman that clearly needed a hug or a snack. She was upset that she had to work that day and took it out on me. Not to mention, she talked down to me as if I didn't understand that she wanted to have me do 3 additional tests that were not needed, per my doctor. She even said let me have you talk to someone else that can better explain, as if we weren't speaking English the entire time. Chasity saved the day!!

Excellent care by doctor and staff. They take time to listen to medical concerns and discuss solutions. They offer laboratory testing in the clinic. Follow up calls to ensure all prescriptions are being taken and no negative side effects or other concerns are present are part of services. They assist with scheduling follow up visits.

Had my annual screening mammogram this morning.
The receptionist was pleasant and checked me in quickly.
I waited less than 10 minutes before the radiology tech called me in.
Barbara was super nice and made me feel at ease instantly.
This was the first mammogram I had where I didn't feel that excruciating pain from compression. Thank you Barbara for such a pleasant experience while feeling apprehensive awaiting results.

The staff is kind caring professional & knowledgeable and helpful in every way but the app is unfortunately not as helpful as the staff. It was merely a time waster as It still was necessary to fill out multiple pages of forms which could easily have been integrated to your app and eliminated the long line for an aging population using canes and other assistive devices. It could be done better , you have a terrific staff so I hope this suggestion reaches someone who can use it to support this wonderful practice with better software in this advanced cyber age! Yes I am an old lady of 66 and a retired RN, I want to only see this practice thrive even more!

Exceptional service was provided by Chastity the Supervisor/Desk Manager. Kudos to her. The PCP provider sent the wrong order to SimonMed and Chastity was very understanding and guided my wife as to the course of action required. She accommodated her within an hour of new order being sent. Would also like to appreciate the service provided by Barbara every time my wife has been to SimonMed. Highly recommend the SimonMed Imaging at Waterford Lakes.
