This class was incredible! The energy in the studio was amazing—so different from doing yoga on demand at home. Kacee’s warmth and thoughtfulness really stood out, from encouraging us to introduce ourselves to our neighbors to making sure everyone felt comfortable and included. Her teaching is not just about yoga but also about mindfulness and empathy, which I truly appreciate.

I’ve been loving Katona and Yin/YinYasa classes online, but experiencing the class in person took it to a whole new level. Kacee’s cultural sensitivity also stood out—she was mindful of pairing us up in ways that respected everyone’s comfort levels, and that meant a lot to me.

Overall, the perfect combination of energy, mindfulness, and sensitivity. Highly recommend! ?

Yesterday I had an amazing Vinyasa class with Kimberly. Following class she gave me a Thai massage. In a word it was phenomenal! I like the space of the studio as well. It is clean, bright and welcoming.

After being gone for sometime the staff was very accommodating getting me signed in as well as my son into childcare. Having childcare available is one of the reasons I drive all the way out to Bloomfield from Milford and the receptionist working there was wonderful. Obviously the teachers and energy in the room at Citizen is always amazing. Happy to be able to be back on my mat and practicing.
