No active phone number. Tried reaching them for a refund no response. Careful with your account details. Tried cancelling the trial system wouldnt allow it and kept showing error and no one to talk to to help for technical support. Judt charged me 100

Just be careful to all of you, they’ve been charging me since last year for one year subscription and I asked them to cancel they never did and they charged me again yesterday for another one year subscription. There is never cancel setting button in website ( they do but no cancel button, they keep put me back forward between app and website. And costumer service never reply no phone number for costumer service. At first they gave me trial and suddenly they charge me one year subscription. This been 3 years, and I’be thought was ok, my mistake for that year, but they keep taking my money charging my credit card for three years. Please stop and ended my subscription! Bad business not trusted

STEEZY changed my life. I am using them to prepare for my wedding. Went from a complete beginner to confident intermediate in 3-4 months. I did practice a lot, 2 hours every single day. Tried all kinds of styles, hip hop, popping, dancehall and even whacking haha.

The classes are great! The instructors break down/explain the movements very clearly and there are so many classes/programs on their website. The website provides really helpful functionalities like looping any part of the video, speed up or down the video and view the video from the front or the back. I've been to in person studios before and I like steezy better because of the convenience, privacy, self-controlled pacing and the variety of classes.

It’s a horrible dance app. I canceled my subscription since March 16 2020. Wrote email 4 times. Just automatic response. My subscription been canceled but money never refund. It’s a piece of s scam company. Don’t use it. They just want you to subscribe and paid but never response or return money.

Update : So I left a bad review on STEEZY studios 6 days ago. I’m re writing my review because I didn’t make sure all my ducks were in a row before I went on a rampage. STEEZY actually contacted me and responded with a 3 month free credit and my account hasn’t been canceled I just been using the wrong email address. I apologize for the misunderstanding and hopes STEEZY can work out all their other kinks because it’s a good app.

I'm 41. My WHOLE LIFE I've wanted to dance but due to where i live and other busy stuff i havent been able to. But this is AMAZING!! I can go at my own pace, choose what style i want to learn, what level I'm at, length of classes, etc. It's really an endless supply of choices. And it makes me feel super cool. I AM way cool but now even more so! LOL. Also its a great workout without being a lame workout video. I'm just thrilled and the price is ridiculously affordable and so worth it. Thank you Steezy for allowing me cross something iff my bucket list.
